First of all it took forever to get our food,the waitress claimed that the kitchen was short staffed my enchiladas the tortillas were over cooked, not enough chili and it was cold, the waitress forgot about 2 other orders,and didn't bring them out until almost everyone was done eating, I'll never go back, the menu selection and the food are sub par.

We return, almost ritualistically, for the fajitas special:a generous, overflowing platter of marinated chicken and steak, tender, smoky, perfectly seasoned simply sublime.Each bite carries patience, craft, and orgullo, the kind of flavor that tells you this kitchen cares. The peppers and caramelized onions arrive sizzling, bright with color, rich with aroma, cooked just right not rushed, not tired, but alive with sabor and balance. They are not just sides; they are essential,the kind of detail that separates good from unforgettable. And then there is the salsa la salsa. Fresh-made, vibrant, bold, and addictive. It is not merely served; it is offered with pride. You must take it home (de verdad), you must because once you taste it, you'll understand why leaving it behind would be a small tragedy. But as great as the food is, the experience becomes truly special because of the service. The older waitress at this location is a treasure warm, attentive, gracious, and effortlessly kind.She carries herself with experience and corazón,moving with calm confidence, remembering faces, anticipating needs before they're spoken. She doesn't just serve the meal she completes it. Her smile, her patience, her gentle humor make the food taste even better. You feel welcomed, cared for, and appreciated, like a guest, not a customer. Corona Grill succeeds because it understands something rare: great food nourishes the body, but great service nourishes the soul. These fajitas are some of the best and most flavorful. Sometimes fajitas can be flavorless and dry, but the sauce used is amazing and packed with flavor. It's my favorite thing to order anytime I go to Corona.

Packed full of pork and hominy. It has a mild flavor that is delicious, not too spicy but not bland. The sides (radish, onions, etc) were fresh and the sides only enhanced the already perfect Posole.
